MovemintCrew, ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), provides professional moving labor services. By using our website (www.movemintcrew.ca) or booking services, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services Provided
We offer professional moving labor including:

Loading and unloading trucks, trailers, and containers
We do not provide:

Trucks or transportation vehicles

Packing supplies or packing services

Long-distance driving or transport

Storage facilities
-
Non-move related cleaning or janitorial services
2. Booking & Payment

Services must be booked through our website's booking page

Quotes are based on information provided by the customer and are subject to change if job details differ.

Payment is due upon service completion (credit, debit, e-transfer).

Corporate accounts may be approved with NET 15 terms.
Additional Charges (if applicable):

Extra crew members (per quoted rates)

Special equipment rental: $25/hour

Rush (same-day) service: +25%

Evening/weekend service: +15%

Stair carry (3+ flights): $1/item/flight
3. Cancellations
Customer Cancellations:

24+ hrs notice: No fee
-
Less than 24 hrs: 50% of estimated job cost
-
Same-day cancellation/no-show: 100% of estimated job cost
Company Cancellations:
We may cancel/reschedule due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, inaccurate job details, equipment/crew unavailability. Customers will receive a full refund or assistance with rescheduling.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate job details (scope, items, access, etc.)

Ensure safe/legal access to the property

Have items packed and ready for moving

Arrange parking, elevator bookings, permits, and access codes

Be present (or designate a representative) during service
-
Secure pets and remove obstacles/hazards
5. Limitation of Liability
Read carefully — this limits our liability to you.

Our liability for damaged items is limited to the actual value of the item or $500.00 per incident / per job, whichever is less, unless additional insurance is purchased.

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Improperly packed items
-
Fragile items not properly protected
-
Damages that were not in our control and could have reasonably occur given the circumstances

Cash, jewelry, documents, heirlooms, or items of extraordinary value (unless declared in advance)

Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Delays due to circumstances beyond our control

Claims:

Must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Must be submitted in writing with details and supporting evidence.

Customers are encouraged to carry their own insurance coverage.
6. Safety & Conduct

Crews follow strict safety protocols and may refuse unsafe tasks.

Customers must disclose hazards at the job site.

Crew conduct is professional at all times; harassment or unsafe requests may result in service termination.

Crews are not authorized to accept payment or provide services outside the booking scope.
7. Intellectual Property
MovemintCrew name, logo, website, and materials are owned by Movemint Logistics Inc. and protected by copyright/trademark law.
8. Privacy
Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference into these Terms.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services to move:

Stolen, illegal, or prohibited items

Hazardous, explosive, or unsafe materials

Items in violation of federal, provincial, or local laws
10. Dispute Resolution

Governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.

Disputes will first be addressed in good faith negotiations.

If unresolved, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of Ontario.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any signed agreements, form the entire agreement between you and MovemintCrew.
